1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and bey99 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the bey99 website at https://bey99.vip and all associated services, features, and functionality (collectively the "Services"). By accessing the bey99 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Services. bey99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any change is notified constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

  The personal account created upon successful registration with bey99, used to access Services, hold a wallet balance, and record all transactions.

• "Bet" / "Wager"

  Any stake placed by a Player on a game, event, or outcome offered through bey99 Services, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• "Bonus"

  Any promotional credit, free spin, free bet, or incentive awarded by bey99 to a Player's Account, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published at the time of the offer.

• "KYC"

  Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before processing certain withdrawals or as required by bey99's internal compliance procedures.

• "Services"

• "Wallet" / "Balance"

  The in-platform balance within a Player's Account, comprising deposited cash funds and any bonus funds credited by bey99, each tracked separately and subject to different withdrawal conditions.

3. Eligibility and Registration

The bey99 Services are available exclusively to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet each criterion and will continue to meet them for the duration of your use of the Services.

• You must register and maintain only one personal Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from bey99. If your self-exclusion period is still active, you are not eligible to register a new Account.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering, and must notify bey99 promptly of any changes to your Account details.

Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile phone number or email address to which you have sole access, used for account verification and security notifications.
• A password of sufficient complexity as required by the registration form. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential.

bey99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or closure.

4. Account Management

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bey99 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify bey99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Account Suspension and Closure

bey99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• You are found to have opened more than one Account, or to have opened an Account on behalf of another person.
• You have engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10 of these Terms, including fraud, bonus abuse, or use of automated software.
• You have requested voluntary closure of your Account, including through a self-exclusion request.

KYC and Identity Verification

bey99 operates a KYC programme as part of its internal compliance obligations. KYC verification is required before processing a Player's first withdrawal and may be required at any time thereafter. The process may require a government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a selfie to verify your identity.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

bey99 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods, subject to availability at the time of the transaction:

• bKash — mobile money transfer. Minimum deposit ৳500. Credited instantly upon confirmed transfer.
• Nagad — mobile financial service. Minimum deposit ৳500. Credited instantly upon confirmed transfer.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. Minimum deposit ৳500. Credited upon confirmed transfer.
• Upay — Union Bank mobile wallet. Minimum deposit ৳500. Credited upon confirmed transfer.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and timelines:

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal is ৳200,000 unless otherwise agreed in writing with the bey99 support team.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative method approved by bey99 support.
• Standard processing time is up to 30 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) once the request is approved and KYC requirements are satisfied.
• bey99 may delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal where fraud is suspected, KYC is incomplete, active bonus wagering requirements remain, or the request otherwise breaches these Terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bey99 may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and, where not otherwise specified, to the general bonus terms in this Section. Bonus offers may be varied, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

General Bonus Terms

• All Bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying games are specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once using different Accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• bey99 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus and reverse any winnings derived from it if it determines that the Bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or using prohibited software or methods.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated game(s) and expire at the time specified in the offer, typically within 24 to 72 hours of being credited.
• Cash and Bonus balances are tracked separately. Cash is used first when placing bets unless the applicable game requires Bonus funds to fulfil a promotion's qualifying criteria.

Seasonal promotions tied to local events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL are subject to their own specific promotional terms displayed at the time the promotion is active. Where a specific promotional term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific term prevails for that promotion only.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on bey99 are subject to the following general rules. Additional sport-specific or game-specific rules may apply and will be published in the relevant game or market section of the platform.

General Betting Rules

• A Bet is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed by the Player. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed within the platform at the point of bet placement. bey99 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated and credited to a Player's Account promptly after the relevant event result is confirmed. For live casino and slot games, winnings are credited in real time upon completion of each game round.
• In the event of a technical fault or game malfunction during a live casino or slot session that results in a disputed outcome, bey99's internal game logs are the definitive record. bey99 reserves the right to void any bet affected by a technical fault where logged data does not support a valid game outcome.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• All cricket bets are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). Abandoned matches affected by rain or force majeure will be settled in accordance with bey99's match abandonment policy displayed in the cricket section.
• In-play cricket bets are accepted subject to availability and are processed at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. The confirmed price is the binding price.
• BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), and ICC tournament markets are the primary cricket markets on bey99. Betting availability for specific fixtures is subject to scheduling and may vary.

bey99 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without prior notice where a market is subject to irregular betting patterns, where event integrity is in question, or where an event is under official investigation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bey99. A breach of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanism to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players, including to place bets, spin slots, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or event, or sharing card or hand information in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account, including accounts in other persons' names, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or display errors on the platform to obtain funds or an advantage to which you are not entitled. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing offensive, defamatory, abusive, or illegal content via any communication feature on the platform, including live chat or support channels.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

• Time-out — take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials, including losses caused by unauthorised access enabled by your failure to keep your password secure.
• Loss of access to the Services due to technical downtime, scheduled maintenance, internet outages, mobile network failures, or force majeure events beyond bey99's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on odds, prices, or game data affected by a technical error, where the bet or game round has been voided in accordance with these Terms.
• Any indirect or consequential financial loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bey99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by bey99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bey99 website and platform — including the bey99 brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, software code, and game artwork (collectively "bey99 Content") — is the exclusive intellectual property of bey99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bey99 Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use of the Services.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of bey99 Content without the express prior written consent of bey99. Unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of bey99's intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability.

Your continued use of the Services after any amendment is notified or published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, your only remedy is to stop using the Services and close your Account by contacting [email protected].

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bey99's operations.
